Remotely Disabling the Sputnik Agent on a Device via SputnikNet
How to disable the Sputnik Agent on a given Sputnik-Powered device using SputnikNet. This is useful if you no longer want a device to take up a subscription "slot" in your SputnikNet account, but want to continue to use the device as a non-managed Wi-Fi access point.
Log into SputnikNet, and select the Sputnik-Powered device you want to disable the Sputnik Agent on.
Send a command to the device that will set the Sputnik Agent to disabled by default.
Apply the setting to the device.
Reboot the device. Warning! Once the Agent is disabled, you will no longer be able to communicate with the device using SputnikNet.
Click on "Edit Settings". Then click on the "Reboot" button. (You cannot send a reboot command from the Execute Command page.)
You will get a warning popup if there are active sessions on the device.
Warning! Once the Agent is disabled, you will no longer be able to communicate with the device using SputnikNet. You can still use the device as a normal Wi-Fi AP. If you want to re-enable the Sputnik Agent, you'll need to do that from the device's local Web interface.
